Rental Requirements

Before scheduling delivery, each customer must complete these steps

  1. Lease Agreement

    Read, sign, and return the rental lease agreement.

  2. Payment Authorization

    Complete a Credit Card Authorization or ACH form for automatic payments.

  3. Initial Payment

    Settle the initial invoice, which includes an 8-week minimum rental fee plus applicable delivery and pick-up charges.

Container Move Rates

$200.00 per hour from when our driver leaves our yard until return, with a 2-hour minimum charge of $400.00.

Move Contract Required

Customers must review and sign our move contract before service can be scheduled. Contact us for a copy.

Empty Container Only

The container must be completely empty before the move — no exceptions. This ensures safe transport.

Container Modifications

Custom container upgrades tailored to your needs

Modification Contract

A Modification Contract must be filled out and signed by both the client and Hercules Containers.

Detailed Drawing

The client must provide Hercules Containers with a detailed drawing of the modifications they would like performed.

Project Deposit

A 50% non-refundable deposit of the total project cost must be paid before Hercules Containers will begin the project.

Changes or Additions

Any changes or additions to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing by both parties. Additional work will be billed separately.

Project Completion

Once the project is completed, the remaining balance must be paid in full before Hercules Containers will release the equipment for delivery.

Equipment Delivery

The equipment must be scheduled for delivery within 7 days of completion of the project.
